The following terms and conditions apply to your purchase of products from RockyMountainHobbies.com ("RMH"). By placing your order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which constitute the entire agreement between you and RMH regarding the products purchased.
1. Ordering: Your order is subject to acceptance by RMH and may be refused for any reason, including credit concerns, unusual volumes, past incidents, or shipping addresses. Orders are normally processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. However, during sales, promotions, holidays, and trade shows, please refer to our home page for estimated processing/shipping times. You will see your order total, including tax, before you submit your order for processing. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated once your order has been processed. Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal as methods of payment.
2. Shipping:

Order Total* under $60 : Actual shipping charges or $7.00, whichever is less
- Domestic PREMIUM shipping (order will be given priority and will normally ship next business day)

Order Total* under $60 : Actual shipping plus $2.00; or $9.00, whichever is less
* Order Total is your order total after coupons and discounts.
** FREE SHIPPING applies to all 50 states including P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories.
RMH will ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail (or First Class mail for lightweight orders). We also provide free delivery confirmation on all orders shipped to all USPS verified addresses. Delivery time for Priority Mail is generally 2-3 business days, however this is not a guarantee. Shipments to AK, HI, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories may take additional time for the USPS to deliver.
RMH Office Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (MST).
At the current time we use the United States Postal Service as our method of shipping. While the USPS is very reliable, they will not guarantee shipping times or arrival dates. We are unable to control delivery times, but make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. If you would like insurance added to any order, please contact us. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, misdirected, or damaged in transit, and insurance has been purchased, you can contact the USPS directly. You should also notify us immediately, and take a picture if possible, if you receive products damaged in shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for orders that the postal service has confirmed delivery as that is proof that we have sent the item and the USPS has delivered it to your address.
- International Shipping
Because International shipping varies greatly depending on package size and weight, speed of delivery, and insurance options, RMH will contact you after order submission for your shipping and insurance totals.
If you AGREE to the shipping and insurance totals we require a seperate payment via Paypal or Credit Card for those charges.
If you DO NOT AGREE to the shipping and insurance totals we will simply refund your order payment. If you would like a shipping and insurance estimate before placing your order, please contact us at support@rockymountainhobbies.com.
3. Additional Handling Charges - RMH may assess additional handling charges if incorrect address information is provided. RMH will allow shipment to multiple addresses on a single order but will incur an additional $2.00 handling charge for each additional address.
4. Pricing: The price for each product purchased is reflected on your order and will remain the price regardless of any subsequent price changes by RMH. In addition to the quoted price, you will pay shipping and handling charges according to your selected shipping method plus all applicable taxes, except where there is "Free Shipping" on all orders over $60.00 or a special "Free Shipping" promotion. Certain products, such as large albums and other larger, heavier products are subject to additional shipping/handling charges. For the purpose of calculating sales tax, the location to which the product is to be shipped shall govern.
5. Taxes: RMH collects and remits sales tax, where applicable, on all orders based on shipping method selected and location.
6. Cancellation: Orders may be canceled at any time, until your order is submitted. Your credit card or paypal account will not be charged until your order has been submitted.
7. Payment: Payment in full is due prior to shipment. Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal as methods of payment. Your card will only be charged at the time of order submission.
8. Title: Title to all products passes to you upon delivery of the product from the selected carrier.
9. Money back guarantee: RMH offers you a limited 30 day money back guarantee on all products purchased through RockyMountainHobbies.com. Should you wish to return the item for any reason, you must call 1-303-280-1515 or email support@rockymountainhobbies.com. All returns must be in the original RMH packaging and contain all items provided with the product.
10. Returns: After the 30 day period you may only return the product for store credit of the exact amount of your purchase. All returns must be in the original RMH packaging and contain all items provided with the product.
11. Limitation of Remedies and Liability: THE REMEDIES PROVIDED HERE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT BY RMH. IN NO EVENT WILL RMH BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL RMH'S LIABILITY TO YOU EVER EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MONEY PAID BY YOU TO RMH FOR THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED.
12. Additional terms: This agreement is governed by Colorado law. RMH is not responsible for typographic errors. RMH reserves the right to change these terms or the prices charged at any time so please check each time you purchase.
